For a new business, in its first year or two
Foundations
Your operations set up properly from the start, before habits set in. Then it runs as one, without you holding it together.
Prices include any VAT due.
If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package.
Five parts, set up the way they will run.
Up to five parts, in your own tools. Here is where each one ends up in an example new business.
-
Inbox and folders
Every message lands on one of five shelves: enquiries, clients, suppliers, waiting on, done. A saved reply for every first enquiry.
-
Diary and online booking
Clients book Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 2pm. Monday morning is kept for the plan, Friday afternoon for the close.
-
Client list and enquiries
Every client on one path: enquiry, booked, delivered, paid. Nobody is forgotten between one stage and the next.
-
Shared files
Four folders, every file where you would expect it, shared with whoever needs it.
-
Quote and invoice templates
One quote and one invoice in your own tool, your details already on them. She sets up the templates; the books stay with you.
Illustration: an example set-up, not a client's business. A written how-to guide comes with each part.

Extra, if you choose it

What she never touches
The books, payroll and tax returns stay with you or your accountant. She sets up your quote and invoice templates; she does not keep the accounts.
She does not form your company, file at Companies House for you, or give you a registered or mail address.
Free, with Laura herself. She says on the call whether Foundations fits.
She comes to your table.
In person across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area, on school days from 9.30am to 2.30pm: at your office, your studio or your kitchen table. One on-site day is included.
Remote wherever you are: most of the set-up can be done over a call and in your own tools.
What stays yours
Your decisions, your accounts, your logins. Everything she sets up is in your name and runs on your own tools, so nothing is lost if you stop working together. Passed on by your accountant? She sets up the systems; the books stay with them.
