Three moves, and then it is yours.

    Set it up

    A kick-off first, then the pieces fitted to each other: when your diary takes bookings, where enquiries land, where every document lives, and the routines that hold it together.

    Run it with you

    She runs it beside you, so it bends to how you actually work. Your accounts and logins stay in your name throughout.

  3. 03

    Hand it over

    She steps back when you are ready. If you would like her to keep a business running, her monthly hours are there, at her own prices.
