Start-ups

Set up right, from the first day.

For a new business of one or two people. Laura sets up how it runs, its diary, inbox, files, client list and enquiries, before old habits set in and before it meets the public.

Before

After

From scattered to set up.

Drag the line across the picture, or press Before and After. Scattered tools become one set-up: rules for the diary, folders that match, and every client at a clear stage.

Her eye shows in how the business presents itself, from its quote and invoice templates to its email set-up, set before it meets the public.

What you keep

A written how-to for each system.

Every system she sets up comes with its own short how-to, in plain words, kept where you keep your files. Here is one.

  3. Reply with your saved first reply.Change the opening to fit the person, then send it.
  4. Offer a call.Send your booking link; the call goes into your calendar by itself.
  5. Move it on after the call.Change its stage: quote sent, booked, or not this time.
