Accessibility
Made to work for you
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Here is what works, what does not yet, and how to tell Laura.
What works
Yours to control
What works, said plainly first. Then try it: the before and after moves by drag, by its buttons or by the arrow keys, and the panel beside it shows your settings as they change.
- Keyboard
- Everything works with a keyboard, and where you are is always outlined.
- Moving parts
- The dial's slow turn, the moving wallpaper and the pointer string pause with the button at the top right, and stay paused for your visit. On a narrower screen, or zoomed in, that button tucks away while you scroll down, and comes back when you scroll up, reach the top, or Tab to it.
- Reduced motion
- If your device asks for it, nothing turns or travels: the held sections become ordinary sections, the string is drawn whole and still, and each before and after shows the after.
- No script
- Every page reads whole without JavaScript, with every held step listed in order.
- Pictures
- Every picture that carries meaning has a text description.
- Light and dark
- Choose either, or follow your device. The choice is kept in your browser, as the Privacy page says.

What does not yet
Known, and said plainly
- In a held section, the step on screen is the one that can be read. A screen reader meets the next step after you scroll on; with reduced motion turned on, every step is in the page at once.
- The site has been checked in Chromium. Safari and Firefox are not yet tested, and it has not yet been tried with every screen reader or on every phone.
- The labels that follow a mouse pointer are for a mouse. On touch, each picture link says where it goes in its own words.
- Her booking form opens on Linktree, which has its own accessibility.
