How booking works
From your first message to the start of the work, in four steps.
1. Your first message
Send the short form on Laura's Linktree, or message her on Instagram or LinkedIn. Laura replies to find a time for the call.
2. The free discovery call
A free conversation about what you need, with nothing to buy. Afterwards Laura sends a written plan: what she would do, and its price.
3. Confirmed by email
Laura confirms every booking by email before any work starts. Work starts after that confirmation, on the date you agree.
For bookings made in your home (Declutter, Stage, Style and Celebrate), the booking information and the model cancellation form come with the written plan, before you agree to go ahead, on paper or, if you agree, on another durable medium. A request to start early is made the same way.
4. Changing your mind
Services not tied to a date, such as monthly hours, a one-off fix, a set-up or a plan: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you make a proportionate payment for the work already done.
Workshops, events and seasonal visits booked for a date: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking.
Downloads: you can cancel within 14 days, unless you ask to download straight away and agree at checkout that you lose that right.
If something is not right
Tell Laura through the same routes: her form, Instagram or LinkedIn.
