Children's parties
Parents look after the children. Laura looks after the party: the room, the timeline, the food timings and the pack-down.
Whose job is it, on the day?
Example: fictionalA place card has two faces. Press a job to send it to the face it belongs to.
Laura looks after the party
- The plan, made before the day
Parents look after the children
- Every child, all party long
What Laura does on the day
- Sets up and styles the room for up to 2 hours before the children arrive.
- Runs the timeline for up to 3 hours: the suppliers, the food timings and the order of the party.
- Packs down for up to 1 hour after, so you can leave with your child.
That is The Party Day, for up to 50 guests. See the day, hour by hour.
Food and drink
Food and drink come from your own suppliers: a caterer, the hall's kitchen, or your own. Laura keeps the food timings on the day, and The Party Plan's shortlist can name local caterers with prices you can check.
Inflatables and entertainers
Laura doesn't hire or run inflatables.
If an inflatable firm is on the shortlist Laura gives you, it shows a PIPA tag or ADIPS declaration. Entertainers are yours to book and pay, from the shortlist if you like.
