How booking works
From the free call to the first day of work: what happens, in order, and how to change your mind.
From enquiry to start
- You book the free discovery call through Laura's booking form. It is free, and there is nothing to buy.
- Laura replies to arrange the call.
- The call. You talk through what you need and which help fits.
- A written plan. What Laura will do, the price, and when.
- A start date. Every booking is confirmed by email before any work starts.
Changing your mind
Booked services not tied to a date (monthly hours, one-off fixes, sessions, visits outside a seasonal booking, design and social work, set-ups): you have 14 days to change your mind after booking. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it to; if you then cancel, you pay for the part already done. You can tell Laura you are cancelling in any clear way, through the booking form, Instagram or LinkedIn, and a model cancellation form comes with the written plan, before you agree to go ahead.
Downloads (printables and app packs): you can cancel within 14 days, unless you ask to download straight away and agree at checkout that you lose that right.
Dated workshops, events and seasonal visits: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking.
Bookings made in your home: the booking details and the cancellation form are given to you on paper or, if you agree, on another durable medium, and a request to start early is made the same way.
