Your room
Will it still feel like mine?
It starts from what you already own. A Room Refresh rearranges your own furniture, art and textiles before anything new is bought, and every Room Board begins with a questionnaire about how you live in the room.
What if I don't like the board?
The Room Board includes one round of changes, within 5 working days, and a 30-minute walkthrough call.
Which way in do I need?
If you want a plan to carry out yourself, a Colour Plan or a Room Board, by video from your photos. If you want Laura there, a Colour Visit, a Room Refresh, Room, Done or a Styling Day. See every way in.
Money and shops
Who buys the pieces?
You do, from the shops you choose. Shopping lists are at the budget you set, and nothing is bought for you. Sample pots, furniture and decorations are not included in any price.
Does Laura earn from what I buy?
Any link on a list that earns a commission is marked "Ad", up front. Your budget, your shops.
Can I change my mind?
You have 14 days to change your mind after booking. See How booking works.
The visit
How long is a visit?
A Colour Visit is up to 90 minutes. A Room Refresh is up to 4 hours. A Styling Day is up to 7 hours.
Does Laura travel to me?
Travel for visits in your home is explained beside the prices once Laura sets it. Ask about it on the free discovery call.
What do I need for a plan by video?
Photos of the room and its measurements. For colour, photos by morning and by evening light help most.
What Style isn't
Is there any building work?
No. Style is styling, furnishing and decoration only: no building work and no structural changes.
Can Laura buy everything for me?
No. You buy the pieces yourself, from the list and the shops you choose.
Do I have to buy anything new?
No. A Room Refresh works with what you already own; the short list after it is yours to use or not.
