The small print, on the same paper
Accessibility
These sites aim at WCAG 2.2, level AA. If anything gets in your way, tell Laura and ask for it another way.
What the sites do
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and controls meet the contrast the standard asks for, in the light and the dark theme.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, nothing travels: changes become short fades, and every state is still shown.
- Every fold opens with a tap, a click or a key, and every swipe has buttons beside it.
- Every door is a real link that works with JavaScript turned off.
- Pictures are described, and illustrations are labelled as illustrations.
Known gaps
The sites have been checked in an emulated browser, not yet on every real phone or with every screen reader. If you meet a problem, it is a gap to fix.
