Jobs in

Example: fictional

Example: fictional

  1. Monday: jobs in

You send the week's jobs: three new enquiries, two bookings to move and a client list to tidy.

  2. Tuesday: enquiries answered

Each enquiry gets a reply and a next step, and goes into the client list.

  3. Wednesday: the diary kept

The two bookings are moved, the clash with Thursday is cleared and reminders are set.

  4. Thursday: clients followed up

Last month's quiet enquiries get a follow-up; the client list is brought into one place.

  5. Friday: the week's summary

A short note: what was done, what is waiting for you, and what is next. See an example note

  6. Saturday

Nothing booked in this example week.

  7. Sunday

Nothing booked in this example week. Next week starts the same way, on Monday.

  • No mail handling or business address service.

Whatever the trade, the same rhythm

A salon, a van, a studio or a small office: the jobs come in, Laura works through them inside your hours, and the week ends with a short note.
