How booking works
How booking works
From your first note to a start date, in four steps, and how to change your mind afterwards.
From enquiry to start
- Your notethrough Laura's booking form on Linktree, or a message on Instagram or LinkedIn.
- Laura repliesto arrange a free discovery call.
- The callabout what you need, and which help fits it.
- A written plan and a start dateif you want to go ahead. Laura confirms every booking by email before work starts.
Paying
How and when you pay is set out in the written plan, before you agree.
When work starts
On the date you agree. Work starts inside your 14 days only if you ask for that, and if you then cancel, a proportionate payment is due for what has been done.
Changing your mind
- For booked services not tied to a date: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking.
- Downloads: you can cancel within 14 days, unless you ask to download straight away and agree at checkout that you lose that right.
- Workshops, events and seasonal visits booked for a date: you have 14 days to change your mind after booking.
To cancel, tell Laura clearly through her contact form, Instagram or LinkedIn. You can use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.
If something is not right
If something is not right, tell Laura the same way.
Bookings made in your home
For work in your home, the booking details and the model cancellation form come with the written plan, before you agree to go ahead, on paper or, if you agree, on another durable medium; an early start is asked for in the same way.
