How she works
Laura gathers what is loose, the diary, the inbox, the paperwork and the routines, into one way of working that holds: a kick-off, then on-site days and remote work.
She runs the new set-up alongside you until it runs without thinking, and changes what does not fit the way you work.
When you are ready, she unties it and hands it over in order: written how-tos, every login in your name. Her monthly hours can keep it running.
