For a new business

What goes into her bundle

Four things go in. Some stay in your hands, and some never go in.

  1. The diary

Booking rules, buffers and a week laid out, so meetings land where you want them. In her words: "Organising your appointments & managing your calendar".

  2. The inbox

Folders, filters and ready replies, so the inbox is sorted on a Monday morning rather than in the evening.

  3. The paperwork

One shared drive with a named place for everything: quotes, contracts, receipts and records, where your accountant can find them.

  4. The routines

Your client database and enquiry stages, the follow-ups, the Monday plan and the Friday shutdown. In her words: "Setting up & maintaining your client database, following up on leads".

Stays in your hands

  • Every account, login and piece of data, in your name from the start.
  • The decisions: nothing is set up without your yes.
  • The tools you already use, kept where they work.

Never in the bundle

  • The books: your accountant keeps those.
  • Company formation and Companies House filings.
  • A registered office or mail address.

Getting ready for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax, from 6 April 2027 for qualifying income over £30,000? She sets up where the paperwork lives; your accountant does the tax.

After the handover

To keep it carried, her monthly hours.

The set-up comes first. If you want Laura to keep it running afterwards, these are her own monthly hours, in her own words.

  • ESSENTIAL PACKAGE 5 HOURS - £ 150 PER MONTH
  • PREMIUM PACKAGE 10 HOURS - £300 PER MONTH
  • EXECUTIVE PACKAGE 20 HOURS - £600 PER MONTH

Prices include any VAT due.
