    She sets it up

    A kick-off first, to map how you work. Then the diary, the inbox, the paperwork and the routines are set up in your own tools, each with a place, fitted to each other.

  2. Step 2 of 3

    She runs it with you

    She runs it with you, so it fits how you actually work.

    During: the same table half sorted, box files standing upright and labelled, half the post in the letter tray, the lunchbox packed and set aside.
  3. Step 3 of 3

    She hands it over

    When you are ready she steps back. If you would like her to keep it running, her monthly hours are there, at her own prices.

    After: the same table calm and set up, a closed laptop, a slim stack of labelled box files, sorted post in an oak letter tray and a family calendar on the wall.

The four parts

Four loops, from muddle to calm

Start-ups, Business, Home and Gift Trix. Each one held in turn as you scroll; the dial turns to show where you are.

  1. Before: a new shop and studio unit on move-in day, bare shelving, flat-pack boxes on the floor, coiled cables and loose papers on the counter. After: the same unit set up and ready to open, an oak counter with labelled trays and stock in neat rows on the shelves.

    For a new business: the diary, the inbox, the paperwork and the routines set up right from the start, before habits set in.

    Foundations, for a business of one or two people: £695.

    Prices include any VAT due.

    • A kick-off session to map how you work.
    • Up to five systems set up in your own tools: email and folders, calendar and online booking, client records and enquiries, shared files, and quote and invoice templates.
    • A written how-to guide for each system.
    • One on-site day, up to 5 hours.
    • A handover call, and a check-in 30 days later.

    Software subscriptions are paid by you, direct to the provider. A team of three or more is priced by written quote.

    Laura never keeps the books, runs payroll or tax returns, forms companies, files with Companies House or provides a registered office or mail address.

    This price includes an on-site day across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area, with travel, parking and any clean air zone charge included. Further afield, Foundations is offered remotely, priced by written quote.

    If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you pay for the work already done, in proportion. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.

    A business that is not trading yet is treated as a consumer here.

    • A family calendar on the app you already use, loaded with term dates, INSET days, bank holidays, birthdays and renewals.
    • A renewals register.
    • A household paperwork system, set up in one on-site day of up to 5 hours.

    Storage and anything bought are paid for by you, direct to the shop. Taking items away is not offered.
