The Virtual Organiser

Accessibility

Laura's sites aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What that means here

• Everything works with a keyboard, and the place you are on is always outlined.
• Every door is an ordinary link that works without JavaScript.
• Text and controls meet the contrast the standard asks for, in the light and the dark theme.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, nothing turns or flips: changes are quick fades, and every state is still shown.
• Anything you can drag, you can also tap or reach with the arrow keys.
• Pictures carry text descriptions.

What is known not to be perfect yet

• The sites have not yet been tested with every screen reader, or on every phone.
• The booking form opens on Linktree, which has its own accessibility.

Asking for another format

If anything here is hard to use, or you would like it in another format, tell Laura through her form, Instagram or LinkedIn.
