How a month with Laura works
One example week, with fictional jobs, to show the rhythm: jobs in, enquiries answered, the diary kept, clients followed up, and a short summary at the end.
Example: fictional
Monday: jobs in
You send the week's jobs: three new enquiries, two bookings to move and a client list to tidy.
Tuesday: enquiries answered
Each enquiry gets a reply and a next step, and goes into the client list.
Wednesday: the diary kept
The two bookings are moved, the clash with Thursday is cleared and reminders are set.
Thursday: clients followed up
Last month's quiet enquiries get a follow-up; the client list is brought into one place.
Friday: the week's summary
A short note: what was done, what is waiting for you, and what is next. See an example note
Saturday
Nothing booked in this example week.
Sunday
Nothing booked in this example week. Next week starts the same way, on Monday.
Your hours, your plan
A month is 5, 10 or 20 hours, as you choose. Monthly hours
What Laura does not do
- No bookkeeping, invoicing or payroll for clients.
- No mail handling or business address service.
- Social media stays inside her hours, as she offers it now; a full month of content is Share.
Free, and nothing to buy.
Whatever the trade, the same rhythm
A salon, a van, a studio or a small office: the jobs come in, Laura works through them inside your hours, and the week ends with a short note.
