1 You send her form
It asks five things, all required: your name, email address, mobile, a message and your country. A “Verify you are human” box sits before Send.

5 If you go ahead
A written plan with its whole price, then a start date. Every booking is confirmed by email before work starts.
14 days to change your mind, if you book as a consumer.
If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package.
If you book as a consumer: starting inside the 14 days
If you book as a consumer, work starts inside your 14 days only if you ask for it. If you then cancel, you make a proportionate payment for the work already done. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.
Prices include any VAT due.
