For a new business, before habits set in

Foundations

Your business's operations set up properly from the start: each part given its place, a written guide for each, then handed over to you.

£815fixed, for a sole trader or a business of one or two people

Remote anywhere, with an on-site day in Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area if you want one.

What £815 sets up

INBOX AND FOLDERSYour email, sorted into folders and rules.
DIARY AND BOOKINGSYour calendar, and how clients book a time.
CLIENT LISTYour client database and the stages an enquiry moves through.
SHARED FILESOne place for files, named so anyone can find them.
QUOTES AND INVOICESTemplates in your own tool, ready to send.
WRITTEN GUIDESA how-to for each part, so it runs without her.
On the board, all included: five parts set up in your own tools, and a written guide for each. The tools are illustrations, not a client's business.

Also on the board

  • A kick-off at her Power Hour: the first hour, to agree what goes where.
  • One on-site day in Bath, Bristol and the surrounding area, if you want one.
  • A handover call, and a check-in 30 days later.

Off this board, extra

  • Software subscriptions: you pay the provider directly.
  • More than five parts, or a team of three or more: a written quote first.
  • Ongoing hours after the handover: her monthly hours, below.
If you book as a consumer: starting inside the 14 days

If you book as a consumer, work starts inside your 14 days only if you ask for it. If you then cancel, you make a proportionate payment for the work already done. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.

  • TAX RETURNS: stays with your accountant
  • FORMING THE COMPANY: stays with a registered provider
  • COMPANIES HOUSE FILING: stays with a registered provider
