Who keeps them

Laura Thompson keeps the details you send her, and she is the one to ask about them.

Her form is run by Linktree, a third party, under Linktree's own privacy terms.

What is kept, and why

No tracking

This site carries no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing on it follows you to other sites.

Your theme, only if you choose it

If you press the light or dark button, this site remembers that choice in your browser, under the name lt-theme. If you never press it, nothing is kept. It never leaves your browser.

Kept for this visit only

A few small notes are kept in your browser for this visit only. None of them ever leaves your browser:

  • lt-opened remembers that the front page's opening has played, so it does not play again.
  • lt-dial-paused remembers that you paused the dial round her seal.
  • lt-tint and lt-from remember the part you chose and where you clicked, so the next page opens out of the same circle.

The host

The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles each request so the page can reach your device.

The host keeps a record of each request to this site, including the IP address it came from, to keep the site secure and to deliver it. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: keeping the site safe and working.

When you get in touch

Your message travels through the service you choose (the form on Linktree, Instagram or LinkedIn), under that service's own privacy terms, and reaches Laura. She uses it to reply to you and to arrange your call. The lawful basis is taking the steps you ask for before any contract is agreed.

For how long

  • Your theme choice stays until you switch back to your device's own setting, or clear this site's data in your browser.
  • The notes for this visit are gone when you close the tab.
