Laura does not take on:

  • the books, payroll or tax returns
  • company formation
  • Companies House filings
  • a registered office or mail address
  • holiday-let co-hosting
  • childcare of any kind
  • booking travel
  • supplying food or alcohol
  • taking items away
  • certifying fire or furniture safety for a let
  • recommending insurance or other financial products
  • children's parties
  • running a private party or a wedding on the day

Laura plans an adult or milestone party, or a wedding.

Laura plans it; she is not there on the day. Whoever runs the day, the venue, food, drink, printing and every supplier are booked and paid for by you, direct.

If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you pay for the work already done, in proportion. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.

A business that is not trading yet is treated as a consumer here.
