The call is free, and it is with Laura herself. It covers three things:

- What would happen nextIf something fits, what it would cover and when it could start.

Your right to change your mind
If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you pay for the work already done, in proportion. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.
