Before you book

Will Laura be there on the day of my party or wedding?
No. Laura plans an adult or milestone party, or a wedding, with you, and hands you a run sheet for whoever runs the day.
You book and pay that person direct, with the venue, the food, the drink, the printing and every supplier. She is not there on the day.
What happens to my data and my logins?
Foundations includes a written how-to guide for each system it sets up. Ask Laura on the free call how your accounts and logins are handled in the work you book.

How does changing my mind work?
If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you pay for the work already done, in proportion. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete. A business that is not trading yet is treated as a consumer here.
To cancel, tell Laura clearly through her booking form, Instagram or LinkedIn. You can use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. The Power Hour is a way in. Its price, and what it gives you in her own words, are on the Start-ups and Business pages.
Who will I talk to?
Laura herself: on the free call, and at every step after it.
Can I download Gift Trix?
Not yet. Gift Trix is planned, so there is nothing to download, buy or sign up for.
