Your plan, after the Power Hour

Prepared for your business

The focus

Every enquiry in one place, and answered the same day.

The direction

Over the next few months: a diary that keeps its own booking rules, then a Friday close each week, so the business runs from its systems and not from memory.

Three next steps

  1. This weekSend every way people get in touch to one simple form.

Three posts, ready before they go out

The picture, the words, the tags, the day each one goes out and where it goes.

  • Instagram, the feed

A tidy desk on a first morning: a closed laptop, blank cards, colour swatches and a cup of tea.

A clear desk for a new season. Orders open on Monday.

    Planned for Monday 2 November

  • Instagram and Facebook

A maker's workroom at the end of the day, with wrapped parcels tied in orange string by the door.

Today's orders, wrapped and tied, ready for the morning post.

    Planned for Wednesday 4 November

  • LinkedIn

A stack of plain grey folders tied with orange string on an oak bench.

Every order's paperwork in one tidy stack. A look at how we keep things simple.

    Planned for Friday 6 November

Written and planned ahead in the business's own voice, then scheduled to go out on the day.

05An event

An event, planned on paper first

Planned remotely, for a business event: the budget, the guest list and the run sheet are what the Event Plan hands you. The day itself is yours to run; if Laura runs it, that is an on-site day, up to 5 hours on site.

The same planning for an adult or milestone party is on Home, at the same figure.
