Free, with Laura herself

The free call

One conversation, before anything starts.

Choose a piece of the table to see what the call is, who it is with and what to bring. Every step from your first message to the start is set out below it.

The call

Free, and with Laura herself.

You say what does not run properly yet. She says which part fits, what it costs in full, and what happens next.

The same call whichever part brought you here: a new business, a running business or a home.

Laura

Laura Thompson

“bring calm to chaos, whether in business operations or daily life”

Laura, in her own words

The person on the free call is the person who sets it up, runs it with you and hands it over. Always Laura herself.

Meet Laura

What to bring

A date, and what does not run yet.

  • The date your business started, or will start.
  • Or the project, and the date it must be done by.
  • What does not run properly yet.

01What happens next

From your first message to the start.

  1. Your message

You send her form, on her Linktree page.

  2. Her reply

Laura replies herself, to set up the call.

  3. The call

Free. Which part fits, its whole price, and what is yours to do.

  4. If you go ahead

You agree the package and its price with her, and agree on the call when it starts. Nothing starts before that.

  5. The start

The work begins as agreed with her on the call.

02Your 14 days

Your right to change your mind.

The call itself costs nothing. If you then buy a package:

If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you pay for the work already done, in proportion. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.

A business that is not trading yet is treated as a consumer here.

03Her form

Book it on her own form.
