Celebrations
Will she run our celebration on the day?
No. Laura plans an adult or milestone party, or a wedding: the shortlists, the guest list, the invitation wording, and a run sheet for whoever runs the day.
The venue, food, drink, printing and every supplier are booked and paid by you direct, and whoever runs the day is booked and paid by you direct. Laura plans it; she does not run it on the day. Children's parties are not offered.

Can I change my mind?
If you book as a consumer, you can change your mind up to 14 days after the day you agree the package. Work starts inside those 14 days only if you ask for it; if you then cancel, you pay for the work already done, in proportion. If you ask for work to start inside the 14 days and agree that you lose the right to cancel once it is finished, you can no longer cancel after the work is complete.
A business that is not trading yet is treated as a consumer here.
